Team Biographies

Bill Berry
Principal
Bill Berry has worked in public relations for more than 30 years, representing many of the leading companies in medical devices, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, finance, technology and other areas. He has provided communications support for more than 200 clinical research programs and 30 product approvals in areas including oncology, infectious disease, cardiology, rare and orphan disease, orthopedics, reproductive medicine, wound management, infection control, regenerative medicine and cell therapy. He has developed and managed creative public relations campaigns that have generated international attention and that have had a direct and positive impact on market penetration and product sales, investor interest and brand recognition. He is a specialist in media relations, business and medical writing, corporate positioning, media and presentation training and crisis communications. He was formerly a vice president in the division of Scientific, Technical and Environmental Affairs at the international agency Hill and Knowlton. Bill graduated from Harvard College with a degree in English and American literature and language.

Brian Connor
Senior Account Executive
Brian Connor provides support in research, content development and media relations at Berry & Company. He specializes in developing and executing social media strategies focused on expanding audience engagement for pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients in multiple therapeutic areas. Brian also assists in coordinating content reviews for client materials and identifying thought leadership opportunities for executives and clinicians. Prior to joining Berry & Company, he gained public relations experience at Diversity Marketing & Communications where he worked in digital media outreach. Brian holds a bachelor's degree in public relations from Seton Hall University. In his spare time, he enjoys creative writing, reading and watching new TV shows.

Adam Daley
Principal, Manager of Social Media Services
Adam Daley leads the development and execution of social media strategies and supports efforts in media relations, research, and writing. He has previous experience as a public relations account executive at The Rosen Group and Chandler Chicco Agency, working with a range of clients in pharmaceuticals, consumer technology, publishing, and renewable energy. Adam started his career as a journalist, reporting for Medical Daily, the Tombstone Epitaph, and the Arizona Daily Wildcat. He also spent three years as a broadcast intern at the local NBC affiliate in Tucson, Arizona. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from the University of Arizona. In his spare time Adam shoots landscape and architectural photography and enjoys creative writing.

Ian Dartley
Account Executive
Ian Dartley provides support in media monitoring, research, and content development at Berry & Company. Prior to joining the team, Ian worked at iCons as a PR assistant and journalist while completing his studies at the University of Massachusetts Amherst where he earned a dual B.A. in communications and journalism. In his free time, he enjoys writing film reviews and screenplays. His favorite film is Suspiria.

Kaitlin Gallagher
Account Supervisor
Kaitlin Gallagher provides support in media outreach, social media services, and content development at Berry & Company. Prior to joining Berry & Company, she worked as a community and digital marketing specialist at St. John's Episcopal Hospital where she managed the organization's websites and social media channels and supported a diverse range of marketing initiatives. She completed her bachelor of arts degree in communications and media studies with a concentration in journalism at Fordham University. In her free time she enjoys traveling and listening to and playing music.

Lynn Granito
Senior Vice President and Manager, Media Services
Lynn Granito is a skilled public relations specialist who has extensive experience working with clients in the oncology, medical device, and biotechnology sectors. She regularly develops and executes strategic media relations programs that target key audiences including patients, clinicians and investors. She has successfully created campaigns for drug and device launches that have resulted in top tier print and television media coverage. Lynn has helped many companies to increase visibility through all phases of research and product development. Prior to joining Berry & Company, Lynn worked for the Investor Relations Group (IRG), an investor relations and corporate communications company, where she managed investor relations needs for more than 40 publicly traded companies. Previously, she worked as the marketing and public relations director for accessories designer Meg Cohen. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in art history from Hamilton College. Lynn lives with her husband Colin, son Owen and daughter Paige in New York.

Aaron Hochman
Account Executive
Aaron Hochman provides support for social media strategies, graphic design, and content development at Berry & Company. He specializes in creating engaging social media content designed to expand reach and impact. Aaron also assists in developing social media strategies that align with and enhance a company's voice and branding. Prior to joining Berry & Company, he provided social media services to a range of clients including retail and communications companies. He holds a bachelor's degree in mass communication from SUNY Oneonta. In his spare time, he enjoys graphic novels, making music, and watching classic movies.

Tim McDonough
Principal
Tim McDonough supervises design services at Berry & Company. He handles client assignments ranging from logo and identity concepts to development of brochures, newsletters, advertising, and other print materials. Tim also oversees many of the firm's day-to-day operations including IT, financial management and employee benefits. Prior to joining Berry & Company, Tim's experience included work in television marketing, interior design and fixed-income trading. Tim has a B.A. from Harvard College.

Caitlin O’Reilly
Senior Account Supervisor
Caitlin O'Reilly provides support in creative strategy, planning and execution of social and digital media campaigns at Berry & Company. She specializes in the development, launch and growth of corporate and unbranded social and digital media platforms and programs for emerging and established life sciences, biopharma and medtech companies. She also assists with graphic design for digital content. Prior to joining Berry & Company, Caitlin worked in both in house and in agency settings including ALSAC/St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, YWCA Hartford Region, and Bollare Communication, where she worked in digital media outreach and content development. She holds a BA degree in communication with a concentration in public relations from Manhattan College.

Katherine Schug
Account Executive
Katherine Schug provides support in social media analytics, content development, and social media strategies at Berry & Company. Prior to joining the team, she created The Alan App (Allergy Life Alliance Network), a mobile application for those with food allergies. She built and executed successful marketing strategies, created partnerships with major brands, and designed the app's user interface. While Katherine was earning a B.A in communications at Rutgers University, she held internships with MEDVACON Life Sciences, Single Throw Marketing, and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.

Holly Stevens
Senior Account Executive
Holly Stevens provides support in writing and editorial services at Berry & Company. Prior to joining the team, she worked as a healthcare marketing intern at Sun Life Financial where she helped develop an online healthcare tool that connects patients with healthcare providers. Holly has a B.A. in media, information and techno-culture from Western University and a certificate in media management from The New School. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, attending fitness classes, and exploring the city.

Chloe Tagariello
Account Executive
Chloe Tagariello provides support in media monitoring and outreach, research, social media analytics and content development at Berry & Company. Prior to joining the team, Chloe worked at Magnify Consulting as the marketing coordinator. In this role, she developed content for blogs and social media platforms and worked in business development. She also worked to build and sustain influencer outreach and partnership programs for BACH, a business startup. Chloe has a B.A. in strategic communications from Elon University. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new cities, trying/cooking new foods, or reading for her book club. Her favorite book is The Hobbit.

Jenna Urban
Vice President
Jenna Urban provides support in media strategy, media relations and strategic counsel for clients in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, technology and other areas including several companies involved in rare diseases. She has successfully helped secure media coverage for clients in a range of consumer, business and medical trade media. In addition, she provides editorial support for many clients including the development of press releases, bylined articles, op-eds, website content and internal communications. Prior to joining Berry & Company, she worked as an associate writer at Nature World News, where she covered a range of issues in health and science as well as environmental topics, and as a freelance writer at GALO Magazine. She also has experience working directly with patients as a certified nurse's assistant (CNA) at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Bridgeport, CT. Jenna holds a bachelor's degree in allied health sciences from the University of Connecticut. She lives in Connecticut with her husband and in her free time enjoys playing soccer and watching movies both old and new.
